I Was Invited To The Chanel Fashion Show| My Chanel Dream

Last week I had one of the best experiences of my life. If you follow me on Instagram you may already know that I have been in Paris and I was invited to the Chanel Fashion Show for the Spring Summer 2018 Collection.

Firstly let me explain why this fashion show meant so much to me:

Chanel holds a special place for me and I absolutely love the brand and the history behind it. Gabrielle Chanel is definitely one of the iconic women I look up to and set as a model in life. Chanel was the brand that made me fall in love with handbags and fashion. It made me start my YouTube channel and my blog so to be invited to the Chanel fashion show was something huge for me and to be able to experience it with my friend was just like a dream. We had the perfect fashion and parisian girls trip. I can’t even explain how happy I was.

It all happen a week before the fashion show when Chanel Dubai invited me and my friend to see their cocktail party for the launch of the new Chanel watches called Coco Code and for the Spring Summer 2018 fashion show. I have never been to Paris Fashion Week so to start it with Chanel was literally insane.

Our trip to Paris lasted 3 days. We arrived in Paris two days before the show and one day before the cocktail party. I am not going to lie I was so nervous I could not properly sleep.

First day we arrived in Paris and we just visited the city and relaxed after our long flight. Paris is so beautiful, I am so in love with this city and it makes me wish so much I could live there and experience the parisian lifestyle.

Our second day we went shopping (my Paris haul is coming up soon on my YouTube channel) and when we arrived home to our hotel our invitations for the fashion show were waiting for us. Seeing my name on the invitation made everything so real and it literally made me so proud, happy and excited seeing one of my biggest fashion dreams becoming reality.

But first we got our outfits ready for the evening when we attended the Chanel cocktail party and launch of the new Coco Code watches. I must say that Chanel service was amazing. We had a private driver for both events. We arrived at the cocktail party and there were literally Chanel lovers from all over the world. After the cocktail party we went to a beautiful dinner with Chanel Dubai. We arrived back at the hotel and after few hours of sleep the big moment was there.

We woke up early as the show started at 10:30. When we arrived at Grand Palais it was full with paparazzi taking us pictures and it made me feel for a moment like a celebrity. Inside the decor was absolutely amazing. They had a huge waterfall. Before the show started I saw Cindy Crawford and her daughter Kaia Gerber was the one that opened the fashion show and famous models like Taylor Hill were also walking in the show.

We had our seats in the second row so we were able to see the collection and the models very good. The clothes were very youthful and the collection was focused a lot on plastic boots and accessories and glamorous rain coats. Chanel definitely took the idea of posh rain gear to the extreme. The collection was amazing and I am definitely getting something as is so special and dear to me.

The Chanel Fashion Show was my most amazing fashion experience and one of the best moments of my life. I hope to get to repeat this one day!
